Draper, UT - August 23, 2011 - Nationally recognized trainer, presenter and investor James Smith today announces the acquisition of assets of Real Estate Investor Support ("REIS") by WealthRock.
A change in ownership, continued expansion into more investor educational delivery programs, and a "relentless commitment to the student experience and student success," prompted the change, according to WealthRock CEO, Aaron Osmond
"Today we are announcing WealthRock as our new company to mark our determination to provide unwavering support, unmatched education and educational resources, and cutting edge investor education to our students," Osmond said. "The management team and I will continue the close connection we have developed with our students over the years," he continued.
James Smith, the nationally known investment educator and the founder of the predecessor to WealthRock, will continue in his role as spokesperson and featured speaker at many of WealthRock's live events, as well as his role on the Get Motivated Seminars stage. In addition, WealthRock is currently adding other critically acclaimed trainers as it expands its investor education offerings.
Ryan Smith, who has been an influential force in the education of our students, will also continue as WealthRock's primary trainer at the company's Financial Success events that result from his father, James', presentation on the Get Motivated Seminars stage.
